Christi Chao joined International Space Brokers (ISB) in 1999 and is responsible for the risk management of launch and in-orbit placements for several major ISB client programs which includes marketing and client services [for Asia and North America].  Christi works closely with FSS operators, launch vehicle providers and science missions.

Prior to joining ISB, Christi’s brokerage experience with an international insurance brokerage firm included handling of major risk management and aerospace accounts.  Her specialties were in risk analysis, marketing negotiations, and account management services for clients.
